MISSION

First and foremost, the foundation or footing of our nation is based on “Faith in God” (Kepercayaan kepada Tuhan). This is reflected as the first National Principle in the Malaysian Declaration of National Philosophy (Rukun Negara) instituted by royal proclamation on Merdeka Day, 1970 to create harmony and unity among various races in Malaysia.

Evidently, the Non-Muslim communities in Malaysia do hold tight to this principle as their basic lifestyle predominantly succumbed and/or acceded to this righteous principle. The number of temples, sanctuaries, and shrines available in this nation would support this testimony.

However, one wonders whether this principle is being practiced in uniformity and accurately by the Non-Muslim communities as most of the practices, if not in its entirety, are intertwined with cultural and religious beliefs without importance being given to the true aspect of spirituality that is the ultimate source of the cultural and religious beliefs.

We strongly believe that with the understanding of the true essence of spirituality given to us by various saints, sages, gurus, rishis and maharishis, the current religious beliefs and culture will come into harmony and synchronization. This will create a community with a greater understanding of this principle, thus ultimately uniting the Non-Muslim community for betterment in general.

We make it clear from the onset that it is not the intention of this project to ridicule or mock the current religious and cultural practices but to give knowledge, understanding and awareness about spirituality that is now clouded and/or veiled due to ignorance, illiteracy on this subject matter, inexperience, and unfamiliarity. It is basically a long-lost science which we would like to revive, refresh, revitalize and develop so that a better understanding is achieved about religious and cultural practices of the Non-Muslim community in Malaysia.

Having faith is an essential need for the spiritual progress of an individual. Progressive and enlightened spiritual values will certainly stabilize and alleviate sufferings of the mind and awaken the self-awareness of an individual.
